TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The orders in the online store are managed by Galerie FRITS (C/ Sint-Pieterstraat 5, 2000 Antwerp  - BE0883.154.910).

ARTICLE 1 - CUSTOMER
Any person making an online purchase from the www.galerie-frits.com website declares that he/she is of legal age in the country in which he/she resides, and that he/she has the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the site. When registering personal data during the validation of an order or the creation of an account, the customer must ensure the accuracy of the mandatory data provided. In the event of an error in the recipient's details, Galerie Frits shall not be held responsible for any non-delivery of the product.

ARTICLE 2 - PRICES & WEBSITE INFO
2.1 The prices indicated in euros include VAT, they don’t include shipping costs, which are indicated when the customer places the order and before payment. There are no shipping costs for pick-ups at the shop (Galerie FRITS, Sint-Pieterstraat 5, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium).
2.2 In the event of a request for delivery abroad, customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and sums are beyond the control of Galerie Frits and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
2.3 Galerie Frits may revise its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates at the time the order is registered.
2.4  Galerie Frits does not guarantee that the content of its website will be up to date, accurate and/or available at all times, although Galerie Frits makes every effort to ensure that this is the case.  Although Galerie Frits wishes to provide its users with a continuous service through the website, the service may be interrupted due to various circumstances. In such a case, Galerie Frits will try to minimize the consequences of such interruption so that its users are affected as little as possible, whenever possible. Galerie Frits shall not be liable in any case for any damages that may be caused to the User by the interruption of the service of access to this Website. 

ARTICLE 3 - ORDERING
3.1 Any order implies full acceptance of the present terms and conditions of sale. They may not be modified by contrary additions made by the customer on order forms, regardless of the time at which they may have been brought to the attention of Galerie Frits.
3.2 Validation of any online order implies acceptance by the Internet user of the entirety of the general terms and conditions, who thereby acknowledges that he/she is fully aware of them. 
3.3 The customer will have the opportunity, before definitively confirming his/her order, to check its details and total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express his/her acceptance. Galerie Frits undertakes to send the customer an e-mail confirming all the elements of the order, before the order is dispatched. The customer is therefore required to provide a valid e-mail address when registering.
3.4 By sending the electronic order form, the customer places a firm and definitive order. 
3.5 Galerie Frits cannot be held responsible for for non- or poor execution of an order in case of external causes or heir force. Should Galerie Frits be heald liable in the performance of its obligations, the customers will only be entitled to damages, which may not exceed the total amount paid by the customers in settlement of the order in question.

 ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT
4.1 Payment for orders placed with Galerie Frits are the ones provided by Shopify Pay. The data recorded by the Paypal payment system and/or the payment service provided by ING Belgium constitute proof of the financial transactions.
4.2 Payment is secured by SSL protocol.  

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
5.1 Products ordered are shipped from Tuesday to Friday. The delivery times indicated on the Galerie Frits order form are given as an indication only, unless otherwise stipulated. Delays do not entitle the customer to cancel or refuse the order or to claim damages.
5.2 Galerie Frits cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late delivery. 

ARTICLE 6 - CONFORMITY
6.1 Galerie Frits undertakes to refund or exchange products that do not correspond to the order. The request must be made within 7 working days of delivery by email to: galerie.frits@gmail.com. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted. Products must be returned to Galerie Frits in the condition in which they were received, in their original packaging, within 7 working days after sending the email.
6.2 Shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate, as well as return shipping costs, if the return is justified by a quality defect or non-conformity with the order.
6.3 The works are sold as represented on the www.galerie-frits.com website. Although Galerie Frits will attempt to present them as close as possible to the original, some colors are hard to reproduce with a photograph. Galerie Frits cannot be held responsible for any slight differences that may exist between the image displayed on the website and the actual product.

 ARTICLE 7 - CUSTOMER SERVICE
For any information or question, our customer service is at your disposal by email (galerie.frits@gmail.com) everyday except on wednesdays, or at Galerie Frits (Sint-Pieterstraat 5, 2000 Antwerpen) during opening hours.

ARTICLE 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the www.galerie-frits.com website are reserved under copyright and intellectual property law worldwide.

Any other use constitutes an infringement and is punishable under the Intellectual Property Code unless prior authorization has been obtained from Galerie Frits. Any total or partial reproduction of the Galerie Frits catalog is strictly forbidden. Users of the website may make private use of the website and its content. Under no circumstances may they make commercial use of them, alter them in any way, reproduce them beyond their private use, distribute them or communicate them publicly.

In the event that users wish to use the trademarks, names, logos or any other distinctive signs available on the Galerie Frits website, they may request the necessary authorization by contacting Galerie Frits. Any unauthorized copy or use of the design or contents of the website that differs from that expressly permitted by Galerie Frits, in its capacity as owner of the intellectual property rights therein, shall affect its rights and, consequently, shall entitle Galerie Frits to take any actions, both civil and criminal, to protect its legitimate intellectual and industrial property rights.

Galerie Frits reserves the right to modify or correct the content of its site at any time and without notice. 

ARTICLE 9 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Galerie Frits reserves the right to use cookies or similar functionalities on the website. Cookies are only associated with an anonymous user and their computer, without providing references that allow the user's personal data to be deduced. Likewise, they cannot read data from hard disks or cookie files created by other providers. The Uuser has the possibility of configuring his browser to be warned on screen of the reception of cookies and to prevent the installation of cookies on his hard disk. For help on these functions should access the instructions or manuals of the browser for more information. In the event that the user decides not to receive cookies, he/she may continue to use most of the services of the website, including the purchase of products or services, without prejudice to the need for the user to register beforehand in order to access those services and/or products that so require.

Galerie Frits undertakes not to divulge to third parties any information that you may communicate to us. This information is confidential. It will only be used by its internal services to process your order and to reinforce and personalize the communication and the cultural and product offer reserved for the Galerie's customers, in particular through the newsletters to which you have subscribed, as well as within the framework of the personalization of the site according to your centers of interest.

ARTICLE 10 - APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
The present contract is subject to Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the present contract shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Antwerp.
